Spanish FrameNet Process
Spanish FrameNet Process
Spanish FrameNet tasks:
identify the frame elements belonging to the frame that underlies each lexeme
,
find the phrases instantiating those FEs in the sentences that are to be annotated
,
label them with appropriate FE names
, and
collect the constellations of phrases (described both semantically and syntactically) and display these as the constructional description of the lexeme
.
Departures from this initial definition of the task have been necessitated by certain realities:
some FEs are realized in phrases outside of the target's maximal projection
,
some FEs are conceptually present but syntactically "missing"
,
some constituents seem to satisfy more than one FE
, and
some FEs are realized lexeme-internally (incorporated)
