The development of the Spanish electronic dictionaries of single and multi-word lexical units, as well as the software to search this dictionaries has been funded by the Ministerio de Educación, Grant No. CAICYT PB85-371, and CICYT PB87-780 and PB92-0635 and the Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transportes, Grant No. TIC90-403. The  development of the lexical transducers of multi-word verbs, like dar por sentado 'take for granted', romper el hielo 'break the ice', etc., and the automata intersection software, which are part of the tagger, has  been funded by the Ministerio de Educación of Spain, Grant No. CICYT TIC96-0804, and TIC1999-0753.
